I was in the killie branch today and served by Lindsey C. I was in for some information on some furniture and she was really helpful and explained other options that I hadn't thought of. Nothing was a bother and everyone in the store all made me feel very welcome. Staff allowed me to browse without being pushy although they made themselves available when needed. They also helped me choose a new sensum scent too. Thanks ladies.
