Bought two beautiful settee's November from Lorraine at Rotherwood, grey drayton, over 2k so not cheap.Finally arrive in April, seat cushions did not fit, sit like little pyramids, one is a different colour from the others, despite numerous emails to customer service agents have received nothing but apologies and thanking me for my patience, we did have a visit over two weeks ago from a 3rd party resolver who verbally agreed that the seat cushions were not a good look and were not of the correct size. However, here we are, almost three weeks later and still no satisfaction. I think it reasonable to expect if you buy any settee no matter the price the seat cushions should fit properly. I am so disappointed in the service or lack of it we have received from DR customer service, I do not believe they have ever taken our complaint seriously and just hope we get fed up and go away, Not sure what to do not next but probably will have to take legal advice, cant believe that such an established and well known local company think it is ok to treat our complaint with no obvious sign of concern.
