Paid for a small mirror which was in the warehouse and ready for collection in a few days. No contact made by DR to collect in 7 weeks despite me making contact with them to chase up the order. Item is only now ‘available’ because I have requested a refund.
Absolutely shocking service.
Their “no refund” policy is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 when they cannot fulfill an order.
