Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Still not resolved. No communication No apology No resolution 1. I was told 6 week delivery 2. I was told payment was required in full to order 3. 10 weeks passed no delivery and no update from Designer rooms 4. I called 3 times to be told the stock hadn’t arrived and there was nothing they could do. Note: no apology offered during any of my 3 calls 5. Finally on my fourth phone call a delivery date was agreed Note: 14 weeks after my purchase 6. Planned delivery day I was contacted at 3pm to be advised the goods would not be delivered as the van had broke down. Note: still no apology 7. Finally the goods arrived, faulty and with the wrong screws. 8. I had to supply photographic evidence of this despite it being reported by the delivery staff 9. Now being told this cannot be resolved until the supplier re-opens at the end of August, a further 22 days from deliver I fully appreciate that unforeseen situations arise, however communication an apology and an anticipated solution goes along way. In future I will shop elsewhere and would advise any other customer to do the same. Expensive furniture/store with the most appalling customer service department and customer aftercare. Once they have your money they don’t care. Shop at Next at least they try to resolve any issues and communicate with you.
