I contacted customer service at 09:00 am to get an order update, the telephone recording advised I was in position 2, 30 minutes later I was placed
in position 1, I am still on the phone 1 hr and 23 minutes later and have still not been put through to an advisor , I made an earlier call to another company and was dealt with in 90 seconds, I will update you when I get more info to perhaps make you think twice before calling The Designer Rooms Customer Service.
