I have 4 sensum diffusers, 3 white high gloss and one grey that was only launched for Christmas 2021. Out of 4 diffusers only one works. The grey which was purchased as a Christmas gift worked three times. The lights stopped working but the steam still comes out. I reported it by email around a year ago. The other two white diffusers the lights work but the steam doesn’t. Now these items are £99 each and I’m disgusted that customer service done nothing. So
Folks don’t buy the sensum diffusers I have one that works and they don’t care when you contact them.
