I’m loathed to give even 1 star. Purchased a sofa which was damaged on delivery, the leather was through to the thread in some areas as if it was dragged along gravel, I took the photos and emailed them while the delivery drivers were still in my property, a specialist was sent to assess and offered to repair by sticking on another bit of leather, I declined and asked for a replacement, after 12 months and having to go through Trading Standards a replacement was eventually delivered which was even more damaged than the first sofa with the back being broken and bent. Eventually after 15 MONTHS, 95 emails and easily 50+ phone calls of constant battling with Designer Rooms I got a full refund. I will NEVER use this company again.
