I was buying a rug to go with my new decor and was really unsure of which one to buy. Christine the lady who works there was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and made my purchase decision so much easier and assured me that when my knew suite arrives if my rug does not work I can have a credit note or exchange which was very good to know and encouraged me to buy.
