Visited the Braehead store where James advised us regarding the items were were looking at. He was very professional and enquired into delivery timescales for us before giving us an estimated cost before we made a final decision.
On returning Leighanne dealt with us as James was not available - she was very professional in her approach and ensured all questions were answered.
Both members of staff gave excellent customer service and I can not praise them enough.
