I received my sofa today by two delivery drivers who were lovely, hence the one star. As the sofa was delivered in boxes and was apparently drop off only. I called customer services to ask why it wasn’t set up and the rubbish removed. The customer service agent said it isn’t a service they offer online. I asked how soon someone attend to set up my sofa but he could not give me until he had received further payment. I asked if he could look first as I was unable to wait for long periods without a sofa. He said “No” he clearly didn’t want to be there. I asked to speak to a Managet but apparently they don’t have managers. He also said they do not have a complaints process and I had to deal with only him
. He refused to give me his name. So after spending thousands I am left with a sofa I can’t set up. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever received.
