I recently purchased a 3 seater leather recliner couch and a 2 seater leather couch in february from your ayr store.The recliner mechanism broke after 6 weeks on the 2 seater and i reported this for repair on the 27 march,i am still waiting for it to be sorted.This is nearly a month for a reasonably simple repair on an expensive couch,which should have been repaired within a week.
