Customer Service non existent from the Irvine Store.
Jasmine trying her best to be helpful.
My order was placed on 17 March 2019 and was told by Gillian it would take 2 weeks.
After 2 weeks I checked my invoice and it stated 12-14 weeks.
No-one from the Irvine Store contacted me at any time.
After 14 weeks, I eventually phoned the Store and was told there would be a delivery at the end of July.
Still no communication.
I phoned Gillian who would find out and phone me back in “5 minutes”.
It never happened.
I phoned several hours later and a helpful Jasmine tried to find out for me.
Gillian did not even afford me the courtesy of speaking to me on the phone but relayed a message through Jasmine.
Absolutely shocking!
Still waiting for furniture and a phone call.
