We recently ordered a bed and furniture for our new home and had to cancel it due to unfortunate circumstances. Our furniture was not due to be delivered until December so it was cancelled months in advance. We paid money towards our furniture and have said we are happy to spend the money we have paid in store rather than get a refund. However, customer services are refusing to give us our money on a credit note unless we pay the remaining balance of our cancelled order even though we were told our order would easily be sold to someone else as they are still for sale in store. The way we have been treated by customer services is shocking! We are still no further forward with getting our money on a credit note and have been told they will keep it unless we pay them more money. Customer service are now not responding to my emails to resolve the matter.
