Disgraceful, unable to travel due to Covid in the family December 2021, 12 tickets £620. Emailed, emailed and emailed and fobbed off with it’s up to the Swiss Railway company, then you must wait for 3 weeks for a decision.
If you book through company it’s THEIR responsibility to process a refund or a credit, not shift the blame. Watch out people before you pay for your tickets!
