One of the bookings was cancelled due to strikes so I cancelled in full and only refunded in part. They refuse to talk to me even though I paid for the tickets but had the tickets emailed to another address. No wonder they can offer cheaper tickets when they steal customers money. Avoid just get a flight of possible
