Horrible support, only care about taking their cut over your booking. No help what so ever when a refund is required due to a wrong booking, not even when the correct train, for the same date and time, is booked through their platform as well. Utterly useless, I would strongly recommend to book with the train company directly, I'll know I'll be doing that.
