Terrible experience. I was looking to book a trip for the next month, once booked the tickets confirmation came back saying I've booked the train for tomorrow. Absolutely horrified, I tried to contact the customer service, and provided evidence that I did not in fact booked the wrong date. They dismissed my evidence saying I could have fabricated them. Very disappointed and disheartened. I will never book with them again.
