I have been trying to get seat reservations for seven weeks now and I'm I'm sick of speaking to incompetent people on their phoneline, yesterday alone I had two conversations with them; the first of which was 45 minutes. I was "guaranteed" to have an email from them with the seat reservations without two hours yesterday.
You've guessed it, I'm still waiting.
Lying incompetent fools.
