The main problem is that it is impossible to actually speak to anyone. I got sick of bots!!!
Everything is so generic and when i had questions about a specific problem, I found it very time consuming and difficult to get an answer to the simplest of queries. I feel like I have paid premium price for organising a holiday but done all the work myself
