Booked holiday. Holiday was not what was sold. Many things advertised not available. Contacted Thomas Cook via Facebook messenger whilst away logging issues.
Made complaint when back with photo evidence. Hotel denied even with photos.
Thomas cook were not interested.
Not the company it once was and certain not the customer service.
Never will book with them again!
