We had been to Bali recently. We booked for 5 star hotels. But the rooms doesn't have A/C or fan also. Centralised A/c has been provided which was not cool at all. By paying so much amount, we have been cheated by Thomas cook persons from Mumbai. Even there is no bucket or mug in the bathrooms. Very worst. My son who is a doctor in AIIMS, Delhi already made a complaint on the behaviour of Thomas cook persons.
It is requested anyone not to book in Thomas cook.
