I would give zero stars if possible
Flights changed beyond what was originally on the site (lost a day of holiday)
Had to deal directly with who Thomas cook booked the flights with. Ended up asking them to cancel my holiday as couldn’t find a decent alternative .They have sent the refund to Thomas cook who haven’t passed it to me- in nearly £400 down
