Worst Experience with Thomas Cook
They made false promises while selling the card and currency. Said I’ll get a SIM card before travel, but at the last moment told me it’s not even valid for my country. Also lied about the card validity—promised 5 years but it’s only 3 years. Totally misleading and untrustworthy.
