I would have given them zero stars, if the option existed. I had purchased 4 tickets for a basketball playoff game at the 𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄)𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐍𝐔𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑 +𝟏 𝟖𝐎𝟓 𝟔𝐎𝟖 𝟓𝟒𝐎𝟔 (𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄) 𝐒𝐔PP𝐎𝐑T_𝐂𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐄R (SE𝐑 V𝐈𝐂𝐄) +𝟏 𝟖𝐎𝟓 𝟔𝐎𝟖 𝟓𝟒𝐎𝟔 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐍𝐔𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑 +𝟏 𝟖𝐎𝟓 𝟔𝐎𝟖 𝟓𝟒𝐎𝟔 Statefarm Arena, Atlanta. I had to sell 2 tickets since my wife and my younger son had to drop out due to health reasons and therefore I listed those tickets on TicketMaster the afternoon of the game. When we went to the stadium we saw the 2 seats next to ours was occupied, when I contacted TicketMaster they mentioned that the ticket listing had expired and they had not sold the tickets and therefore they could not pay me for the tickets.
