Who agrees #ticketmaster is the worst customer service of any major company in the world?
$75 service fee on 2 3days passes -- and over 7 weeks of trying I still haven't been able to connect with a live person.
they have elimnated all support, and still expect fans to pay exorbitant fees, and they get away with it because they are a monopoly
