I'm from Canada, i bought for 3000$ canadien for US Open, covid-19 rules changed and now we can't go but I can't get a refund !!! Very awful service, i never get a human to talk to!! Refund my money!! I'm gonna make a stink cause that was my whole savings for my dream experience. But travel company stopped all trips to NY cause of needs for private clinic covid-19 tests that cost too much.
