The worst customer service ever. When I bought ticket for event it wasnt highlighted properly that it was kids/teen ticket so I contacted customer service and they told me I should buy a new one and they will do refund of original booking so I did. Nobody get back to for more than weeks and now they are claiming that they cannot do a refund this is absolutely ridiculous. They are coming up with so many different excuses like I didnt contact them on time even though I did contact them same day, they refused to resale my ticket apparently it was too close to event, then promised refund via email and now saying its against their policy
