Bought tickets online through Vivid only to find out that the tickets have to be transferred from Ticketmaster. When I go to accept the tickets, it says I need to reset my password. They send a code via email, but in order to see the code, you have to back out of Ticketmaster's site. When you go back to the site, the code doesn't work because they resend the code. When you try to call, they don't have staff to answer the phone. This is a pathetic excuse for a company. You would think they would have the technology figured out, making it easier for customers to receive their tickets. I still don't have my tickets. What a joke.
