Ordered tickets for Wicked in London for 27th December, event was cancelled on the 24th December due to covid which is fair enough. 15 days later no communication around refund and even worse there is no way to contact them via phone, email or live chat. There website is specifically designed to restrict your ability to contact them around cancellations. Even a standard email to explain how long a refund would take would be useful. Totally unacceptable to blank customers who are waiting for refunds amounting to hundreds of pounds Absolute disgrace
