Horrible! Be weary of purchasing tickets from Ticketmaster. They sold me tickets for 1/22/2022 to the Eiffel Tower in Vegas at The Paris and the tower was closed by the resort. I asked Ticketmaster to refund my money and was told NO because the attraction was open. Well…. NO they weren’t. No customer service. No let me do the right thing! Never called the resort to very the closure. I will NEVER purchase tickets through this company again. Thanks for your terrible customer service Ticketmaster! Patricia S
