The worst experience ever...
Ordered several tickets here for the concert of Coldplay. I have never received any ticket on my account. Some tickets were sent by e-mail, others not. Zero customer service. Continuously receiving meaningless e-mails written by AI... No refund for missing tickets. No attempt to find the reason of missing tickets. They do not consider any responsibility for what is happened. It's a lottery: either you attend the concert, or you lose your money... Shame on you!!!
