I booked a venue with Ticketmaster to see a show in Orange County CA. I was sent an email stating that the tickets would be sent to me before the show date. I received the email about a week before the show and took a couple of days to get to it.
I had to click on a link that didn't work at first. Then, it went through and told me I had to create an account. It was telling me I already had an account when I had never registered with them before. I had to send 3 emails to get an answer and it was a generic welcome email. Two days before the show I sent another email and this one was answered but it was a bunch of non- helpful hints. They also have a customer service phone number listed on their site that is disconnected.
I ended up missing the show because I couldn't get the tickets from Ticketmaster. When I contacted them they said they had already sent me the tickets in the initial email (which is a lie) and since I had received them they wouldn't refund my money.
Stay away from TicketDisaster! They will rip you off and then justify it in some way. The next time I buy tickets for a show, I will not use TicketDisaster.
