They were always a terrible company for ripping off customers and it all being about "them" but the new "you must use our app or have internet on your phone to manage your tickets" just stinks and is likely to lead to many people being unable to go to gigs or who pay and then can't get in (which Ticketmaster won't give a damn about as they have their cash). It stinks. But is about what I expect from Ticketmaster. I now try ANY ticket vendor to avoid them, and don't go to the gig if I can't.
