Dreadful customer service. Placed order but received someone else’s order instead. Needed to do a huge amount of correspondence to get issue sorted (customer services wanted 13 photos from me in order to agree it was not my order. They Requested images several times as their system kept blocking my emails) but I was eventually told I would get a 10% voucher code for my inconvenience. However this could not be used with my original order as it could only be used with full priced items. No compensation for me, only an extra money for the company. Went to complaints department and they eventually agreed my compensation could be used to reorder my items. I was told to email them immediately so that code could be sent to me. Three days later I still haven’t received my compensation code and the items I wanted to order are now sold out. In total 11 days waiting for my problem to be sorted. Won’t be ordering from Tommy Hilfiger again.
