The worst service ever and such incompetent customer service!
I ordered a pair of booths and they have been delivered after nearly 10 days (it was supposed to be 3 to 5 business days)
I was traveling on the day that the parcel was supposed to be delivered and the courier declared the parcel delivered and also said I did sign for it, which was impossible as no one was home at the time!!!! I emailed them the flight tickets with check-in done and also the hotel booking as I was in Singapore for work at the time and the customer service at Tommy said it is not their fault if the courier did leave the parcel in another place or it got lost. Contacted the courier and they kindly replied that as a recipient I cannot send a claim and it is the sender/retailer that has the responsibility to do it. Contacted Tommy customer service again and they said the case is close and they don't want to deal with this if I wish to bring my case further to report it to the local police.
This is the lowest customer service ever and I will not recommend to anyone to buy from them ever as if the items get lost they disappear as they don't have the ability to deal with people. Such bad customer service, and also rude and disrespectful.
I want to go further with this as the parcel is lost and I want my money back.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Any advice as I want these rude people to pay for their incompetence!
