The sign instore (CANNOCK OUTLET) invited me to scan follow link and claim free tote bag. I did this and went to till to claim my bag, the assistant said I had to make a purchase- she then immediately turned and started to talk to her friend. I stood and waited and another assistant asked if I was ok, I replied that I thought I was being served and I said there was no mention on the sign I scanned that any purchase needed to be made. The assistant that originally spoke to me turned and said ‘that’s what we’ve been told to say’ I replied that I would contact head office and she said “Ok” in a very very disrespectful and dismissive manner.
