Nearly every time I use this service for a meal, the driver takes in 2-3 more orders along with mine. It happened again last night-I ordered a $200 meal…she had 2 other orders too. I received my cold food order 1hr & 45 min later.
This is unacceptable. Uber should force a timeframe on when drivers accept an order & when it’s delivered or their pay is affected.
