Terrible service and faulty products! If you are investing on a new floor, look elsewhere. 6 months and still no resolution.
I bought 65 sq m2 and all floorboards were damaged on the click system so after waiting months to get a resolution we had to lay the floor in order to move to our house. We ended up nailing it as they couldn't fit (click) together.
Customer service replied to all my enquiries asking for more photos or video just to put me off.
