I ordered 3 packs of Spectra Luxury Rigid Core Click Vinyl in Oyster White and, unfortunately, didn’t read the reviews beforehand — I wish I had. Delivery was delayed by 7–8 days, and while the company refunded the delivery fee after two calls, the product arrived 10–12 days after ordering. Nearly all pieces had trimmed edges on one side. I kept the product due to time constraints, but the quality was disappointing. The key problem with this company is that no improvements seem to have been made in their service, despite all the negative customer reviews, which is very concerning. I would avoid the company as there are plenty others out there which are very professional and of high quality.
