“Flooring is perfect, very happy with it. Unfortunately, I had 2 packs returned by a courier, 2 weeks past and I had heard nothing. Finally got a response, flooring damaged so wont refund, apparently they rejected the return. Yet I have proof of delivery and nothing from courier saying it had been rejected. So im now £130 out of pocket. Can't claim against courier because uk flooring didnt tell me it was damaged...they only told me when I had to chase them as to why I hadnt had a refund. Won't use again”

“I am afraid that in my experience these guys will leave you hanging if there is a fault with the product. It has been a year since the issue was first reported and there is still no resolution. The LVT they supplied has broken up and I am still to be offered any sort of refund as apparently they need to hear from the manufacturer. They clearly do not have even a passing acquaintance with the Consumer Rights Act. My advice is to approach another company as, even when they sell a faulty product, they are determined to hang on to your money.”

“The after sales service from UK flooring is exceptionally bad. Having had a board fail within 6 months of being layed I contacted the firm and now nearly 2 months later I am still waiting for a replacement board. The problem is dangerous now in my kitchen. To replace the board is going to cost money to my professional fitter as well. I am NOT impressed with serice from this firm!”

“Flooring arrived as stated. But customer services is appalling. Ive been asking for vat invoice and they are just a total nightmare to get a simple thing sorted. After numerous emails to customer service and accounts department im still awaiting an answer. Order was placed early November and now 11th of December im still be pushed to different departments. I won't use this company again as they don't seem interested once the sale has been done.”

“Terrible service I have used uk flooring in the past never been a problem but this time I have never spoken to anyone more unprofessional thrn the person on the phone in my life so ignorent. And what ever happened to the costomer is always right. Basically just robbed me of £500 absolute joke of a company never again”

“I completely agree with all of these one star reviews. I only wish I'd read them prior to engaging with the company. The floor we ordered from them started cracking along the joins in multiple places which caused me to raise a query. Three months later, no resolution has been reached. All you get is that "we are waiting for a response from our products team". Their customer service is absolutely appalling. The company clearly places no value on customer satisfaction. Steer clear.”

“Didn’t show up. Mailed to ask where it was. No reply. Called to find out that it hadn’t left the warehouse. It’s Thursday Guy coming to fit flooring at the weekend…. Yet no flooring. They can’t express deliver, nothing they can do. Would not recommend”

“This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their staff are horrible, rude, completely incompetent. Do not buy with them. Please see the attached pictures for the floors that I ordered - vs the ones I received with the included colour swatch for irrefutable evidence that it's wrong. They didn't even bother to deliver the other half of the order.”

“The worst customer service and sham of a business. Placed an order for delivery for the following Wednesday (with a £40 delivery fee), order never arrived. Called and they said it had not been dispatched and it would be delivered on Friday, annoying but something I could live with. I called Thursday PM to check to then be told there is nothing in the system about it being dispatched and that it's actually out of stock and I should have called when I placed the order to check it was in stock?! I have never once had to call a business after purchasing a product to check it is in stock. We are now very delayed on our renovation project as we need to source flooring within 24hrs. Company couldn't have cared less about the situation and I'm now £800 out of pocket and have no flooring.”

“I ordered 3 packs of Spectra Luxury Rigid Core Click Vinyl in Oyster White and, unfortunately, didn’t read the reviews beforehand — I wish I had. Delivery was delayed by 7–8 days, and while the company refunded the delivery fee after two calls, the product arrived 10–12 days after ordering. Nearly all pieces had trimmed edges on one side. I kept the product due to time constraints, but the quality was disappointing. The key problem with this company is that no improvements seem to have been made in their service, despite all the negative customer reviews, which is very concerning. I would avoid the company as there are plenty others out there which are very professional and of high quality.”

“Very poor experience. Two separate flooring orders — one delayed repeatedly with no communication, the other delivered completely wrong. Promised callbacks never happened, emails went unanswered, and staff gave conflicting information. This has caused serious disruption to our projects and lost us time and money. Not reliable for business use.”

“This is the worst company ever to order flooring from. Out of 21 packs 10 of them where damaged. I refused the delivery and to say now 14 days I am still waiting for a refund. They will ignore you and they will not return your money. I am still waiting for over £1000. Please save yourself the time and hassle and avoid them”

“I would not recommend this company. I ordered Luxury Vinyl LVT flooring, which was installed by using the correct underlay, a professional floorer who followed guidelines provided by the company itself. The flooring was stored accordingly before installation. After 2 months I noticed the floor had started to crack in places, each week this got worse and worse. The flooring is not completely snapped and has lifted all through my kitchen and hallway and is dangerous, particularly now I have a 10 month old baby who can crawl. I would love to be able to upload pictures of what the floor now looks like to prove how dangerous it is!I looked after the flooring using methods recommended by this company. I have contacted them in August 2024 to lodge a complaint, they did respond initially, however now I have emailed several times and no reply. This flooring cost me a lot of money and I have now lost this all and the flooring is not fit for purpose.”

“If I could give this company minus stars I would Terrible Terrible service, avoid this company like the plague! I rang and connfirmed the products were in stock, and then ordered. They scheduled a delivery for Thursday, nothing turned up then had to ring up to find some of the stuff I ordered wasnt in stock so I asked to delivery the parts that were in stock. They spent 2 days trying to "talk to their management team" to sort this and giving no help and promising to call back and no one did and now I am waiting for an email which probably wont arrive for a new delivery date..... Wasting my time my builders time and no compenstation AVOID AVOID AVOID.”

“We bought 5 boxes of laminate flooring having given them all the information from a previous box of 10mm. When it arrived it's only 8mm even though the boxes say it's 10mm. We contacted them and sent all the pictures they requested, not once did they contact us. They are saying its 10mm but it's not!! We have professional people here laying the floor and they say its not you can physically see the difference. We could have returned the unopened ones if WE paid the cost of delivery!!! Which we were not prepared to do. What a bloody shambles we will never buy from them again!!”

“Worst company ever. I have placed 2 orders and none of them arrived, messed up with my entire project. It has been over 4 days and they didn't proceed with the cancelation I had to call my bank to stop the payment, luckly done by credit card. DO not buy form them as you can't rely on their delivery, I have sent an email about the issue, no replies and no apologies at all. They simply don't care!”
