Very poor experience. Two separate flooring orders — one delayed repeatedly with no communication, the other delivered completely wrong. Promised callbacks never happened, emails went unanswered, and staff gave conflicting information. This has caused serious disruption to our projects and lost us time and money. Not reliable for business use.
