The worst customer service and sham of a business. Placed an order for delivery for the following Wednesday (with a £40 delivery fee), order never arrived. Called and they said it had not been dispatched and it would be delivered on Friday, annoying but something I could live with. I called Thursday PM to check to then be told there is nothing in the system about it being dispatched and that it's actually out of stock and I should have called when I placed the order to check it was in stock?! I have never once had to call a business after purchasing a product to check it is in stock. We are now very delayed on our renovation project as we need to source flooring within 24hrs. Company couldn't have cared less about the situation and I'm now £800 out of pocket and have no flooring.
