After installing their hard wood flooring several of the pieces changed colour after only 1 week. These were obviously not treated like the rest in order to prevent this happening and stood out like a sore thumb spoiling the look of my flooring. Customer Service were extremely rude and unhelpful with regards to compensation and ended up just ignoring my email shown below which was sent over 3 weeks ago now.
I am not satisfied with the response as it does not address the issue of miscoloured product through degradation. The wood has not matured and planks were fitted by a professional and colour was matched correctly at time of installation.
A formal response is required on the issue of degradation and to accept a faulty product or I shall take more formal action to seek redress.
