The luxury vinyl flooring I purchased from UK flooring direct did not fit flush together on the narrow ends and so was completely unusable.
Customer service when trying to return this for a refund have been really appalling- the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any company. I am now having to seek legal advice to try and avoid wasting the £500 I have spent. Please don't use this disreputable company.
