Good phone manner. Advise was helpful.
Delivery was unpredictable.
In fact it didn't arrive on the date texted at all and I waited until 10.30 pm then locked up.
When I eventually managed to get a answer to a phone number I was told the next morning by 10 am. It arrived at 9 am. Then
I had a message at 11 am to say my delivery would be arriving soon! So in all UK Flooring great but delivery service awful.
