I'll leave 1 star every single day until you'd send my money back. Also I'll report the frauds to authorities. You extra charged me £10 more after I've paid online £6.59 for parcel less than 5kg and right dimensions declared. Also I have another 2 parcels you extra charged me for them with £10 for each.
