Very difficult to get through on the phone when I finally spoke to someone they told me I had to sign up for an UPS account to make a claim, which I did. When I tried to make the claim it told me I had to ring Customer services. So into a round robin experience with customer services where I will have to spend at least another hour on the phone and have lost an expensive irreplaceable item sold on ebay.
