Trying to change a delivery date for a package. Unable to sign up because it says I already have a user ID. Request an e-mail to reset supposed account with my details but no e-mails. Tried the automatic website - barely understands and says log in to website!
Tried phoning - after going through an automated process it says log on to website and hangs up.
Tried lodging a complaint on the website - guess what? It says log on to the website with your details!
Unbelievable that a company so large should have such a poor IT system.
