Wish I could give no stars, as a small business owner they have lost 20 out of 160 parcels. They ignore my emails, close open cases without giving a reason even thought some parcels have been missing for 2 months. The dip into your bank account for payments anything up to 7 days later so you canniot keep a track of payments.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, I WISH I HADN'T AND IF YOU DO YOU'LL REGRET IT!!!!
