Item ordered from Germany almost 2 weeks ago, then subject to delays due to recent Eurotunnel delays which was fair enough.
I got an update in early hours of 31/12/2020 that the item would be delivered some time before the end of the day. It's at a depot 25 miles away in Essex.
At the end of the day another update blaming Eurotunnel delays...ridiculous as their location is nowhere it!
